As a whole, the tendency to higher growth in experiment groups has affected achievement of higher (43,7-45,7) daily average gain live weight that surpassed (on 0,9-5,5 %) indicators of control group.
In studies it is established that the fodder additive of Natuzyme makes versatile impact on consumption of a forage by chickens-broilers. Within the first 3 weeks of experience of distinctions on forage consumption between groups it was not observed. However in the end of experiment consumption of a forage by chickens III and IV groups differed from a similar indicator of chickens of control group. So, at 4-week age chickens of control group consumed on the average a day 113 g mixed fodders, and chickens III and IV groups on 94 and 97 g accordingly. Probably, it is a consequence of transition to finishing mixed fodder which was characterized by the smaller maintenance of a protein, defluorine phosphate and salt. But in any case, at identical (1112-1116 g) live weight at this age chickens III and IV experience groups spent for maintenance of physiological functions and grow processes of less nutrients, than a bird of control group. It testifies to more effective utilization nutrients and energy of a diet chickens III and IV experience groups at 4-week age.
In 35-daily allowances age studied zootechnical indicators have changed a little. In particular, forage consumption in III group has reached the maximum size for the given experiment – 159/goal / days that is authentic (on 16,1 %) has exceeded a similar indicator of chickens-broilers of control group. Possibly, multi enzymes preparation of Natuzyme has on an organism of chickens-broilers double an effect. First of all, enzymes of Natuzyme promote deeper hydrolysis nutrients in a gastroenteric path of a bird and, hence, to their more effective use in a metabolism. At the second - preparation stimulates appetite of a bird, raising appetite, forage consumption that also, finally, positively affects on a grow characteristics.
Expenses of forages for 1 kg of a gain of live weight in experience groups in comparison with the control more low (on 4,0-13,1 %), and an efficiency index above (on 9,7-32,1 %). Consequently, on zootechnical indicators higher effect at chickens-broilers of cross-country «Smena-7» at the 4-phase scheme of feeding is received at inclusion in the basic diet of the fodder additive of Natuzyme in doses of a forage of 350 and 500 mg/kg.
Introduction in a diet of chickens-broilers of a enzymes preparation of Natuzyme has made positive impact on indicators RBC homeostasis. In the end of experiment in blood of chickens of experience groups it is noted authentic (on 7,2-10,1 %) increase of concentration of HGB. With HGB level positively correlates quantity RBC in blood. So, at chickens II, III and IV groups this indicator was authentically (on 8,0-19,0 %) above in comparison with the control. Especially big difference (3,11 million against 3,70 million) is observed between control and IV groups. Logical looks also advantages of experience groups regarding a saturation RBC weights fiber HGB. If in the control this indicator has made 695 mg/cm3 it was equal in II experience group 779 mg/cm3, in III – 733 mg/cm3and in IV – 710 mg/cm3.
Inclusion in a diet of chickens-broilers of the enzymes additive of Natuzyme promoted increase in blood of quantity of other red cages – platelet (PLT). In the end of experiment in experience groups this indicator made from 53,0 to 84,2 thousand/mm3 that is authentic (on 7,3-70,4 %) above in comparison with a similar indicator of chickens-broilers of control group. The authentic increase НТС in the experience groups, especially expressed at the chickens receiving 350 and 500 mg/kg of a forage of a preparation became a consequence of it, also. These changes of a homeostasis, have certainly, positively affected oxidation-reduction processes and reactions of a plastic exchange in an organism of birds of experience groups.
In table 7 biochemical indicators of whey of blood of chickens at the moment of slaughter in 35-daily allowances age are presented. The analysis of the data of the table has shown that experience groups differ from control on variety of biochemical constants. It is necessary to pay attention to a concentration indicator normal serum albumins in blood. In group of control chickens the given indicator has made 15,4 mg/cm3 that in comparison with II, III and IV experience groups more low on 6,5 %, 3,9 and 14,3 % accordingly. In whey of blood of chickens of control group triglycerids are found out in number of 0,28 mmol/l, in II group – 0,56, in III – 0,80, in IV – 0,31 mmol/l. Well-known that triglycerids in an organism of animals carry out function of energy sources and function of a plastic material. Therefore it was logical to expect from chickens of experiece groups at presence bigger quantity of a power material, higher rates of increase in live weight about what it was ascertained above.
